I'm assuming that those are just the top-tier CRs, as we know that the gem dragons (and presumably others in the book as well) will very likely have lower-level CRs for the earlier age categories.Also, as I said on the other thread on this, it's interesting to see that the faerie dragon and shadow dragon made the cut for the in-depth 20!
